Bioplastics
We have been working with bio-based and biodegradable plastics for almost 10 years. PLA, PHA and PHB are some of the materials with which we have experience, using all kinds of processing technologies, from 3D printing to blown extrusion, film injection and manufacturing and with applications in all industries.
Energy efficiency and the environment
We carry out studies of life cycle and cost analysis to optimize production processes from an environmental and energy point of view.
Circular economy
We study the recyclability, recovery and reuse of waste to generate value in new products or applications, both basic natural resources (such as maize, sugar cane, agro-food waste ...) and by-products after different processes (extractions and approximations in cascade) and the recycling, recovery and reuse of products that have reached the end of their shell life.
