Among many other project initiatives, the new podcast ZERO WASTE FOOD CHAIN has recently been launched. Its aim is to explore with the audience strategies, technologies, and innovative solutions aimed at reducing food waste, ensuring sustainability, and promoting circular economy practices in the food industry.
