More information: TERRIFIC will demonstrate biobased, circular flagship solutions for packaging applications, aiming to fulfil high performance requirements, including improved mechanical and barriers properties, enhanced food safety and longer shelf life, across the entire supply value chain, while improving circularity, end-of-life solutions and resource efficiency. Packaging solutions include biobased and biodegradable film on paper, and thermoplastic biomaterials (rigid and flexible).
Aitiip will play a pivotal role in the CUBIC project by demonstrating the practical application of the project’s developed materials in a finished product prototype: coffee capsules. Their expertise in product development and manufacturing will be instrumental in translating the project’s research outcomes into a tangible product.
